The black tie charity event, “Angel Songs Moonlight Serenade” Gala, benefited the Little Angels Center. It was a lovely evening on September 28, 2013, at the Sanfilippo Estate, filled with cocktails, hors d’ oeuvres, dinner, raffle and auction featuring a mansion tour, the magnificent Sanfilippo collection of antiques and music machines, and entertainment.

Meet Sue Yan, our new Director of Project Development at Sassy B Worldwide Productions Inc. She is excited to be working on new business/project development and securing speaking and appearance engagements for all our clients.

Sue Yan grew up in a small Midwest town where her family owned a restaurant. This enhanced her skills and knowledge to own businesses in the hospitality and service industry. Wanting to live in a big city, she moved to Chicago working in major corporations as an inventory analyst.

As her career in the corporate world ended, she reinvented herself as a professional makeup artist. Her work has been seen on the runway, fashion magazines, music and corporate videos. After working with a celebrity fashion designer on a photoshoot, she realized her career path has been chosen. This elevated her passion for directing, producing, and organizing fashion shows and special events. She has worked with Jerome Landrieu (Top 20 Pastry Chefs of America 2011), Blackbox (Emmy award winning band), Blue Balliette (New York Times bestselling children’s author), Steve Kaplan (New York Times bestselling author), Jacqueline Policastro (Washington Bureau Chief), Natalie Martinez (NBC5 Chicago), Jeff Conway (producer/host of 24/7 Chicago) and many more.

In 2012, Sue formed her own company, HK28, Inc., (President & CEO) – a boutique entertainment and event consulting firm. Her current clients include: VRW, Indimoor Films, Midwest Fashion Week, Live Out Loud Charity. Her alma mater is the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she earned: MBA-Strategic Planning and Organizational Behavior, BBA-Marketing, BA-Liberal Arts.

Meet Catherine Natale, our new Director of Talent Development at Sassy B Worldwide Productions Inc. She is excited to be working with all our clients in securing speaking and appearance engagements. Catherine Natale is thrilled to be a part of the team at Sassy B Worldwide Productions. She has about twenty years in entertainment and marketing experience under her belt. She has appeared in such films as Burlesque starring Cher, Tree Lounge with Steve Buscemi, and most recently Wheels starring Patrick Hume. She can also be seen in Jon Benjamin Has A Van, Hope and Faith with Kelly Ripa and Faith Ford and in a few commercials such as Dodge Ram, V8 and Burger King.

Catherine will also be seen in an up-coming Documentary called “Luck Be A Lady” by Kevin Silva. Most recently she has written, produced and starred in her own TV Pilot called “Redneck Weddings” a Scripted Comedy that is now being shopped around for a cable deal. Catherine Production Company is Maxpetals Productions.

In marketing Catherine has worked in real estate as a Marketing Coordinator at Dyson & Dyson Real Estate Company and in the marketing and graphics department of Smash – One Productions and GES Expositions. With an art background and a past student at the School of Visual Arts and the Art Institute in New York, Catherine has also worked in creating art for productions, short films and feature films and has sold high-end art in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
