Chef’s talent and creativity has led him to work with the top masters in the culinary world.Chef David’s passion for food began at a mere six years old when he began cooking frozen chicken nuggets with spices for his family.
Some of Chef David Basile’s notable achievements include:
First place in the National Student Hot Foods competition team, he trained and worked with Chef Tim Bucci, U.S. Olympic Team Captain and American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year Chef Joseph Leonardi.
After working at the prestigious private club, The Somerset Club in Boston he set his sight on Chicago. He became a Chef at Moto Restaurant in downtown Chicago, working under Top Chef contestant Richie Farina and two-time Iron Chef contestant Homaro Cantu.
